- Cell Phone Number
- Last Logon Date
How to Use the User List

- Letters that don't have any matching Last Names will be colored light gray.
Send an Email to a User
- To send an email to a User in the list, click on one of the links in the Email Address column. This will open the email program on your computer and will fill-in the email address automatically.
Online Users
Users who currently have an active session in iSite will appear with a blinking icon and will display the phrase "This User is currently online" when hovering over the icon.
Inactive Users
Users whose account is currently inactive will appear with a icon and will display the phrase "This User is inactive" when hovering over the icon.
Deleting Users
Deleting a User is a permanent change and cannot be reversed. In most cases, it may just suffice to deactivate the User rather than deleting the User. This is especially true if the User has affected data in the system (either by creating or editing data).
If deactivating a User will not suffice, the following are two methods for deleting Users in iSite.
How to Delete a User
- Navigate to Admin > Security > User Maintenance.
- In the User List, select the record to be deleted by clicking the User Name.
- In the User Maintenance page, click the Delete this User... button in the toolbar.
- In the confirmation message pop-up, click the OK button to permanently delete the selected record or click the Cancel button to abort the deletion process.
The selected User will be permanently deleted from iSite.
How to Delete Multiple Users
- Navigate to Admin > Security > User Maintenance.
- In the User List, click the check box next to each record that you want to delete.
- Click the Delete Users... button in the toolbar.
- In the confirmation message pop-up, click the OK button to permanently delete the selected records or click the Cancel button to abort the deletion process.
The selected Users will be permanently deleted from iSite.
