My Timesheet
Why is a Job on my Timesheet disabled when I haven't submitted my Timesheet yet?
If a Job on your Timesheet is disabled even though you haven't submitted your Timesheet for approval yet, it means that the Job End Date is a date prior to the date you are looking at on your Timesheet. You are not permitted to enter Time Activities for Jobs past their End Date.
I need to make a change to my Timesheet but I already submitted it for approval. What do I do?
Contact your Timekeeping Administrator and they will unlock your timesheet for you so you can make changes.

Email Notifications
[ADMINS ONLY] I have a User that does not need to have Email Notifications sent to. How can I disable these for this User?
Go to Admin > Security > User Maintenance and edit the User record that you want to change. On the Timekeeping Tab, click the Settings Tab and scroll to the Notifications section. You can control each of the three Notification types for that User.
Reviewing and Approving Timesheets
[ADMINS ONLY] Why aren't all Approvers required to Approve a Timesheet when an Approval Workflow step has multiple Approvers?
If you want ALL Approvers to be required to Approve a Timesheet before considering an Approval Workflow step as complete, click the "Require all Users to sign?" checkbox on the Workflow Step.
