The View Information About Other Users page allows the user to view information about other iSite Users that are assigned to the iSite License.  Information can be filtered by the starting letter of the Last Name.

The Users List

The Users list displays the users that are configured and assigned to the iSite License.  The list will display the following information:


  • User Name
  • Email Address
  • Alternate Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Cell Phone Number
  • Last Logon Date


How to Use This Page

  1. In the User List, select the User to be viewed by clicking the User name.


Filtering the List

  1. To narrow the list results, you can click on a Letter in the View section.  Clicking a letter will only display users whose Last Name begins with the selected Letter.  
  2. Click the All Users option to remove the filter.
  3. Letters that don't have any matching Last Names will be colored light gray.


Send an Email to a User

  1. To send an email to a User in the list, click on one of the links in the Email Address column.  This will open the email program on your computer and will fill-in the email address automatically.


Online Users

Users who currently have an active session in iSite will appear with a blinking User icon and will display the phrase "This User is currently online" when hovering over the User icon.


Inactive Users

Users whose account is currently inactive will appear with a red X in the User icon and will display the phrase "This User is inactive" when hovering over the User icon.
