Hiding and Showing Jobs
Hiding and Showing Jobs
Hiding and Showing Jobs in iSite Timekeeping allows you to manage the list of Jobs that are assigned to you. While you cannot add new Jobs or delete Jobs that are assigned to you by your Timekeeping Administrator, you can control what appears in the Jobs List and what appears in the Hidden Jobs List.
This is useful for people who have a large number of Jobs assigned to them, but only charge to a few of those Jobs on a regular basis. Rather than cluttering the Jobs List with Jobs that you don't normally charge to, you can move those Jobs to the Hidden Jobs List. You can still charge time to them, however, that list can be collapsed, which hides them from view. When you want to view those Jobs or charge time to them, you can expand the list with one click.
Note: Managing Hidden Jobs from the Timesheet is only available when viewing a Timesheet that is unlocked.
