Timesheet Display Options
Timesheet Display Options allow you to control the behavior and content of your Timesheet. You can control what appears on your Timesheet Dashboard, what Jobs are in your Hidden Jobs List and what are your Default Hour Types.
Accessing Timesheet Options via the Timesheet
Accessing Timesheet Options via the Admin Screen
- From any screen, use the Global Navigation Bar to navigate to Admin > Manage My Information.
- Click the Update My Information link.
- Click the Timekeeping Tab for the Timesheet Display Options.
Display Tab
The Display Tab will allow you to control what appears on your Timesheet Dashboard. Specifically, you can control the maximum number of Alerts that will display on your Alerts Tab.

Managing Display Options
- On the Display Tab, select the maximum number of Alerts that you want to display on the Timesheet Dashboard Alerts Tab.
- Click the OK button to save your changes or the Cancel button to continue.
Jobs List Tab
The Jobs List Tab allows you to manage the list of Jobs that are assigned to you. While you cannot add new Jobs or delete Jobs that are assigned to you by your Timekeeping Administrator, you can control what appears in the Jobs List and what appears in the Hidden Jobs List.

Managing Hidden Jobs
- On the Jobs List Tab, select the Jobs that you want to appear in the Hidden Jobs List by clicking the checkbox next to each desired Job.
- Any unselected Jobs will be displayed on the Jobs List (unless those Jobs are Inactive).
- Click the OK button to save your changes or the Cancel button to continue.
Hour Types Tab
The Hour Types Tab allows you to manage the list of Hour Types that are assigned to you. While you cannot add new Hour Types or delete Hour Types that are assigned to you by your Timekeeping Administrator, you can control what appears in the Timesheet by default.

Managing Default Hour Types
- On the Hour Types Tab, select the Hour Types that you want to appear by default in your Timesheet.
- Any unselected Hour Types will be hidden by default.
- Click the OK button to save your changes or the Cancel button to continue.
