The Deliverables section contains functions that can be managed across all Tasks within iSite.  This section contains information about the Creation, Viewing and Management of Task and Contract related Deliverables. 


Availability

Only Users with Permissions to View Deliverables or Deliverables Administrator Permissions will have access to the Deliverables  section of iSite.

Deliverable Dashboard Summary

The Deliverables dashboard is the default landing page when navigating to Deliverables from the iSite Global navigation bar. The dashboard page consists of the left navigation pane, Progress Summary Cards and interactive Dashboard Panels. 


Dashboard Elements - in the upper right of the  screen there is a filter icon. This filter affects all information displayed on the Progress Summary Cards and Dashboard Panels. 


Progress Summary Cards - The Progress Summary Cards are displayed across the top of the page. Clicking these will bring you to the different pages, depending on what Card is clicked. 


      • Active Packages -  Click Here to see the definition of Active Packages.  Clicking on this Card will bring you to the Package list with this filter enabled. 
      • Overdue Packages - Click Here to see the definition of Overdue Packages. Clicking on this Card will bring you to the Package list with this filter enabled. 
      • Awaiting Review - This Card will display how many packages are in the status of Awaiting Review. For a list of Package Statuses Click Here. 
      • Upcoming Packages - Click Here to see the definition of Upcoming Packages. Clicking on this Card will bring you to the Package list with this filter enabled. 


Dashboard Panels - Panels movable windows that display interactive data and information. 


      • Progress Breakdown - Click Here to see the definitions that are displayed on Progress Progress Breakdown.  Progress Breakdown displays an interactive donut chart based on Progres Definitions.  Hovering your mouse over the chart will display the name and count. Clicking on the chart Keys will enable and disable Progress definitions to display in the chart. 
      • Latest Packages- This Section will display the Packages that were last updated in order of last updated date.  This will not display packages that were canceled or deleted.  Clicking on a package will re-direct a user the deliverable.   Applicable summary cards will also display at the bottom of each deliverable. 
      • Deliverables Calendar - This section will display the a calendar and descending list of deliverables by due date. There will be a colored circle that appears below each day in which there is a deliverable due. Clicking on a specific date will change the calendar view to a list of deliverables that are due for that specific day. Subsequently clicking on a deliverable that is shown will bring you to the deliverable that was clicked.
