Creating Deliverables Summary
The deliverables lists display the definition and the individual packages of all iSite Deliverables.The Deliverable Definitions list outlines the group, properties, schedule, and audience of a set deliverables. Every deliverable package must be contained within a deliverable definition. The deliverable package list allows a user to view individual deliverable packages that are contained within a deliverable definition.
Creating a Deliverable Definition
When on the deliverable definition list,
Properties
- Deliverable Number - A Unique Number or short set of text that will be used to identify the deliverable definition.
- Title - Unique naming convention identifier. This shall represent a unique title for the Deliverable
- Description - Can contain anything describing what the Deliverable contains, such as a SOW reference, etc.
- Category - Unique identifier that separates one or a group of deliverable definitions. Choices can be added via iSite Administrator.
- Level - A deliverable definition can be created at two levels. These levels are defined when the definition is created to either Contract or Task.
- Contract - A deliverable that is not specific to a singular Task. (Note: This will make a singular package for each scheduled deliverable date/dates)
- Task - A deliverable that is specific to a Task or Group of Tasks (Note: This will make a package for each Task for scheduled deliverable date/dates)
- Task Specific - This definition selection will create packages for the selected Tasks for scheduled deliverable date/dates. (Note: This selection will NOT automatically include new Tasks that are created. An administrator will have include new tasks for this definition.)
- Task Group - This definition selection will create packages for Tasks that are associated with iSite Groups for scheduled deliverable date/dates. (Note: This selection WILL automatically include new Tasks that are created and associated with the selected iSite Group.)
- CLIN - This definition selection will create packages for Tasks that are associated with iSite Groups for scheduled deliverable date/dates. (Note: This selection WILL automatically include new Tasks that are created and associated with the selected iSite CLIN.)
- Action Lead - The action lead is the personnel that is responsible for attaching and submitting the deliverable packages. The action lead can be defined the ways below.
- User - Select a Specific user that is responsible submitting deliverable package.
- Security Group -A pre-selected group of users in a security group that is responsible for submitting the deliverable package.
- Role - A user or group of users assigned to a isite Task Level Role in iSite that is responsible for submitting the deliverable package.
- Is Active? -This selection will determine if deliverable packages are created immediately after saving the deliverable definition is saved.
