Advanced Settings
The Lists Advanced Settings tab contains the settings that control Item-level Permissions as well as Item attachments for the List.

Tab Components
The Advanced Settings tab contains the following components
- Item-level Permissions
- Attachments
Item-level Permissions
Item-level Permissions allows you to specify the read and edit access for Items in the List.
How to Control Item-level Permissions
- For the Read Access option, select one of the following settings:
- Read All Items
- Allows the user to read all records in the List
- Read Items that were Created by the User
- Allows the user to read ONLY the records that the User created
- For the Write Access option, select one of the following settings:
- Edit All Items
- Allows the user to edit all records in the List
- Edit Items that were Created by the User
- Allows the user to edit ONLY the records that the User created
- Create Only
- Allows the user to create records, but not edit records
- Click the Update List button to update the Item-level Permissions information or click the Cancel button to abort the process.
Attachments
Attachments allows you to add related documents to a record in a List.
How to Control Attachments
- For the Enabled Attachments to List Items? option, select Yes.
- Click the Update List button to update the Attachments setting or click the Cancel button to abort the process.
