Navigation

Navigation within the Timesheet is handled via the Timesheet Period Navigator as well as the Go To Today button in the Toolbar.  The Timesheet Period Navigator utilizes a calendar for navigation.  When clicking on a day in the Timesheet Period Navigation calendar, you are viewing the Timesheet for that specific date.

The Timesheet Period Navigator allows you to view the Timesheet for any day in the current Timesheet Period or to jump to other Timesheet Periods in the past or future.  

Days in the Timesheet Period Navigator are color coded for easy identification:

• Days in the the currently viewed Timesheet Period will be highlighted in Orange.  
• The currently viewed date will be highlighted in Gray.  
• Holidays will be highlighted in Green.

Methods of Navigation

• Click on the Double Left Arrow to navigate backwards one year
• Click on the Single Left Arrow to navigate backwards one month
• Click on the Month and Year to select a Month and Year to navigate to
• Click on the Single Right Arrow to navigate forwards one month
• Click on the Double Right Arrow to navigate forwards one year
• Click on a day to navigate to that Timesheet date

When viewing a day other than the current date, the Go To Today button will be visible in the Timesheet Toolbar.

Click this button to navigate to the current date.
