The Security tab of the Admin Page provides the ability for iSite Portal Administrators to manage the security aspects of iSite, including iSite Users, Security Groups, Permissions and more.



Task Management Utilities  

The Task Management Utilities are used for Administrators to manage the Task Management-related settings within the iSite PMO Portal. 

 

Availability 

 

Users with any of the following Permissions may manage Task Management Settings: 

  • Task Management Administrator

 

 

Navigation 

 

Global Navigation Bar > Task Management > Utilities 

 

 

Bulk Update Properties 

Allows you to update properties of several tasks at once. 


Role Assignment 

Allows Users to Add, Remove, or Replace User Assignments to Contract or Task Roles.  Filtering by Task Groups is available for bulk assignment.
