iSite's Web interface is used by users and iSite Portal Administrators.  Areas of iSite are secured by Permissions which are assigned to Security Groups.  Users are assigned to one or more Security Groups as well.  The permissions assigned to the Security Groups that the User has membership in represent the permissions that User has within the iSite Contract Management Portal.


Logging in to the iSite Web Interface

Users can login to the iSite Contract Management Portal via the portal website URL, which can be obtained from the iSite administrator.  To log in to the portal, type the username and password in the appropriate fields and click Logon.

Forgotten Passwords

If a User has forgotten their iSite Password, they can request a password reset.  Passwords are stored using one-way encryption algorithms and cannot be retrieved.
