Files

The Files page found on the Global Navigation Bar stores files and documents up to 100MB in size within a web-based database in iSite. It also allows users to view, search, sort, and track versions of uploaded documents and files.

Availability

Users with any of the following Permissions may manage Files settings:

Administrator availability:

Essentials Administrator

User Availability:

View Global Document Library – Users will need to view documents
Manage Global Document Library – Users will need this permission to manage files

*Note: Folders and files will have specific Read and Write Permissions based upon how your organization needs and folder setup. Each folder and file can have its own specific read and write permissions.
