The layout of the Estimate can be chosen from the Layout group menu.

Configuration

To select an Estimate layout, click one of the options on the dropdown menu.  Estimate Views are manged by Administrators via the Estimate Templates and Estimate Views section of iSite.  Estimate Views can be provisioned via the Audience functionality to expose certain Estimate Views to certain Security Grouips.


Estimate View Types

iSite provides three Estimate View Types to Estimate Template designers.


  • Master
    • This is the Master Entry Layout.  All available Template categories are displayed in this View.
    • The Master Entry View is managed within the Estimate Template.
  • Entry
    • This view allows Entry into the Estimate.
    • Entry Views can display fewer entry points than the Master Entry Layout.
    • Entry Views are managed within the Estimate Views section of iSite.
  • View Only
    • This view does NOT allow Entry into the Estimate. 
    • Entry Views can display fewer entry points than the Master Entry Layout.
    • Entry Views are managed within the Estimate Views section of iSite.


NOTE:  If no Estimate Views have been created (i.e. only the Master Entry Layout is defined), the Layout button will not be displayed.
