The Bulk Welcome Message page under the Security tab of the Admin Navigation Menu provides the ability for Users to send an email of the template named "UserWelcomeMessage" to ALL selected active users of the selected license.  The content of the email is determined by the UserWelcomeMessage template. Any available Help Documents for that license can also be added to the email. 

 

Availability 

Users with any of the following Permissions may manage Bulk Welcome Message settings: 

  • Security Administrator

The Bulk Welcome Message page provides the following functions: 

 

Bulk User Message  

In the Bulk User Message settings, administrators can select the Users to which the email will be sent. You can view or edit the email template by going in Admin > Object Definitions > Notification templates and clicking on the "UserWelcomeMessage". Administrators can also select Help Document to attach to the email.  

Administrators can select the following:  

  • Users 
  • Include Help Documents
