The Bulk User Message page under the Security tab of the Admin Navigation Menu provides the ability for Users to Send an email to selected users or Security groups. 

This page will send an email, where the Subject and Content is generated from the page inputs. It can go to a list of selected Users, or via selecting Security Groups (which will then send to all users in the selected Security Groups. Any available Help Documents for that license can also be added to the email. The email body format is determined by the UserMessage email template. 

 

Availability 

Users with any of the following Permissions may manage Bulk User Message settings: 

  • Security Administrator

In the Bulk User Message settings, administrators can send an email, where the Subject and Content is generated on the page. The email can go to a list of selected Users or Security Groups. Help Documents can also be added to the email.

  • Subject 
  • Message 
  • Include Help Documents 
  • Recipients
